- Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans to achieve goals, and oversee the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees while ensuring the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology and resource needs alongside market demand to plan and evaluate project feasibility.
- Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review, and approve product designs and modifications.
- Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business analyst or Program Manager with proficiency in PM tools.
- Solid understanding of SDLC.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to draft communications independently and work cross-functionally.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Familiarity with security compliance.
- PMP certification.
