ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity for a Non-IT Program Manager to join a dynamic team within a Fortune 500 company in the technology industry.
The selected candidate will be at the forefront of planning, directing, and coordinating various non-IT projects across engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out.
The role will involve presenting findings to clients, recruiting and managing teams, analyzing technology needs, and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans to achieve goals, and oversee the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees while ensuring the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze technology and resource needs alongside market demand to plan and evaluate project feasibility.
Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates.
Direct, review, and approve product designs and modifications.
Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
2-4 years of experience as a Business analyst or Program Manager with proficiency in PM tools.
Solid understanding of SDLC.
Strong communication skills with the ability to draft communications independently and work cross-functionally.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in data analysis.
Familiarity with security compliance.
PMP certification.
