Your Job
What You Will Do
- Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration stakeholders associated with our hyperscaler accounts.
- Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead crossfunctional teams to ensure program objectives are met.
- Monitor program progress, track key milestones, and manage risks and issues as they arise.
- Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure program compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Foster collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales project or program management, with a track record of successful program delivery.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello, and Sales Force.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in cloud technology a plus.
