- Work with multiple scrum masters and the Release Train Engineer to learn the foundations of Agile delivery,team ceremonyfacilitation, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
- Provide backup to other program members, as needed, facilitating team ceremonies such as the daily standup, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, and PI Planning Team Breakout.
- Support creation and maintenance of user stories in the Agile Lifecycle Management tool.
- Learn teams' dev/test delivery process and identify challenges with efficiency, communication, and planning.
- Collaborate with other scrum masters on crossteam dependencies. Provide backup to represent teams in the Scrum of Scrums.
- Assist team in preparation for ART events, including PI Planning and System Demos.
- As needed, communicate with management and ART stakeholders. Provide status of sprint progress and request awareness and/or support if sprint scope or dependencies are at risk.
- Support Scrum Teams by embracing SAFe Core Values and applying SAFe Principles.
- 1+ years experience in a team or customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- This role requires hybrid (remote and onsite) support in Annapolis Junction, MD based on contract requirements
