Nous recherchons pour le compte de la digital factory d'une filiale d'une banque basée à Casablanca, un Scrum Master, afin de les accompagner dans leur transformation Agile / Digital, garant de l'état d'esprit Agile et de l'application des pratiques de Scrum.

Missions & Activités:

S'assurer de la compréhension et de la mise en œuvre de l'Agile en général, et de Scrum ou de tout autre cadre Agile en particulier.
Veiller à ce que l'équipe adhère aux pratiques, à la culture et aux valeurs Agiles et comprenne la théorie, les pratiques et les règles du framework choisi (Scrum, Kanban, XP, ...).
Etre un leader au service de l'équipe en apportant son aide là où elle est nécessaire et en supprimant les blocages et facilitant la communication
Promouvoir l'amélioration continue
Construire des tableaux de bord Agiles et coordonne la livraison des artefacts Agiles, y compris les livrables techniques et de Valeur business
Communiquer sur l'avancement des développements
Challenger l'équipe pour obtenir la meilleure qualité, l'alignement des utilisateurs, la création de Valeur et l'engagement de l'équipe.
Accompagner les différentes parties prenantes (PO, PPO, PMO, ...) dans la transformation agile/digitale
Préparation et animation des cérémonies Agile.
Vous mènerez ces actions au sein de l'équipe Unibank de la Digital Factory en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes notamment Pilotage, Front-end et DevOps.

Profil recherché:

Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieurs ou Bac+5 universitaire des filières IT ou grande école de commerce
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Scrum Master
Connaissance et compréhension du Manifeste Agile et des méthodologie Agile d'un point de vue théorique et pratique.
Maîtrise et capacité à sensibiliser aux pratiques techniques : EXP, Intégration continue, DevOps, ...
Connaissance de Jira et de Confluence

Type de Contrat: Freelance

Durée de la Mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)
