Role and Responsibilities:
With 15+ years of experience in various technologies such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, JavaScript, Oracle CRM OnDemand, and Java:
- Proficient in team and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in handling teams of 50+.
- Facilitated Scrum ceremonies for distributed teams.
- Led Sprint Vision, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Ensured effective CI/CD implementation.
- Set up and maintained SCRUM dashboards in Jira.
- Collected and presented weekly Scrum Metrics to management (Effort Burndown charts, velocity charts, release plans, vision team updates).
- Facilitated discussion, decisionmaking, and conflict resolution.
- Allocated work, created tasks in Jira, and ensured timely task completion.
- Protected the team from overcommitment and scope creep.
- Engaged and motivated teams towards a common goal.
- Ensured adherence to quality norms throughout the project implementation.
