Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque à Casablanca, un Scrum Master avec une expérience probante en tant que Scrum Master (de préférence dans le domaine bancaire souhaitable)

Missions & Activités:

Mise en application de la méthode Scrum : planification des sprints, organisation et facilitation des cérémonies, Organisation du Daily meeting.
Suivi des axes d'améliorations à travers le sprint rétrospective.
Communication interne à l'équipe, transmission des informations aux personnes concernées et aux Product Owners / Proxy Product Owner.
Garantir le respect du contrat de « Definition Of Ready » et suivi du « Definition Of Done »
Analyse proactive des obstacles, éléments bloquants, interférences extérieures, et de tout ce qui peut détourner l'équipe de ses objectifs et la ralentir.
Identification des solutions à apporter aux problèmes qui surviennent à tout moment sur le projet.
Mise en place et suivi des métriques d'avancement (burndown charts ou burnups) sur Jira et mise en place de KPI Agile.
Garantir la cohérence de l'information au sein de l'équipe.
Améliorer les conditions de travail des équipes de développement en encourageant la créativité et l'autonomie, et ainsi améliorer la productivité des équipes de développement de toutes les façons possibles.
Travailler avec les autres Scrum Master au sein de la Digital Factory pour partager les bonnes pratiques agiles.
Gérer le changement pour avoir une équipe agile au niveau culture et au niveau pratiques.

Profil recherché:

Maîtrise des Framework agiles (Scrum, KANBAN, l'agilité à l'échelle...)
Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en organisation

Type de Contrat: Freelance

Durée de la Mission: 3 mois renouvelables
