Description
This position will support all COCOMS regarding the Army's New Data Efforts.You will play a crucial role ensuring the successful implementation and execution of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our organization.
You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs to empower teams and stakeholders with the knowledge and skills required to thrive in a SAFe Agile environment.
You will also maintain relationships with stakeholders and customer requirement management, as well as maintenance of the user story backlog and Scrum operation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and
Implement Training Programs:
Create comprehensive training programs for SAFe Agile practices and principles, tailored to the needs of our teams and projects.
- Manage and Facilitate Agile Team Events (Release Processes): Oversee the planning, scheduling, and controlling of releases to test and live environments. Safeguard the integrity of live environments is protected, and the correct components are released.
- Continuous Improvement: Continually review and improve release processes driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate release plans and status to stakeholders, including any risks and issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and operations teams ensuring smooth and timely releases.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key metrics measuring the effectiveness and impact of training programs on Agile adoption and performance. Generate reports and insights informing decisionmaking and demonstrating the value of training initiatives to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3 Years of experience as a Certified SAFe Scrum Master/Team Coach (SM/TM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)or equivalent experience with SAFe Agile.
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing training and releases in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences of varying backgrounds and experience levels.
- Creative problemsolving skills and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation in training initiatives.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, with multiple stakeholders.
- Active US Government Clearance at Secret level or higher
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to commute to the designated onsite work location as required.

$140, $160,000.00 per year
