    Description
    Project:
    • The role will be for a project that will be building Common Web Components and working with our Global Design team building out an Enterprise Design System.
    • So, would be great if any candidates did have experience working with Design Systems or common front-end component libraries.
    • Looking for someone that has experience coordinating with other teams as well.
    • Agile Coaching experience is fine, but this person needs to understand that they will be a hands on/in the weeds, scrum master leading projects.
    Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years working as a Scrum Master, responsible for agile ceremonies, leading sprints, stand ups, etc.
    • Preferred experience will be acting as a Scrum Master in a large enterprise environment.
    • Coordinating/communication- this resource will be working and coordinating with several teams since the code that this team is producing, will be used by multiple business units within the company
    • Experience working with Design Systems or common front-end component libraries.
    • This is a UI project, so a Scrum Master that has experience working on these type of projects, closely with the technical team, is highly preferred.
    • Please highlight this experience on a candidates resume if they have that written in there.
    RATE RANGE: 82-87/HR (based on experience)
