- Act as a servant-leader for 2-3 Agile teams, supporting their self-organization, decision-making, and problem-solving processes to maximize productivity and efficiency, and enable them to deliver high-quality products through the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
- Facilitate the agile process, remove impediments, and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Organize and facilitate team Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Team Syncs and Team Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the ART during PI Planning, Coach Sync, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and other relevant ceremonies to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams.
- Coach teams on SAFe principles, practices, and mindset to enhance their understanding and adoption of Agile practices.
- Identify and remove impediments/blockers that hinder the progress of Agile teams, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of sprint and program increments.
- Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team health metrics to provide visibility into team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within and across Agile teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- 3 Years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably in a SAFe environment.
- 3 Years of experience in a Federal contracting environment, preferably supporting CMS Medicare or Medicaid Programs
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with practical experience in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor Agile teams towards high performance.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Supporting client stakeholders with varying levels of Agile experience
- Proficient in MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Computer Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related major
- SAFe Scrum Master certification
