Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Hybrid work/in-office. (see onsite requirements below)

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Candidates may be required to work onsite at Patuxent River, MD 1-2 days per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Essential Functions:

Plan and facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor/track progress of complex data analysis and development projects in accordance with sprint cadence.
Interface with government customers to assist with gathering requirements and documentation.
Support the development team by facilitating removal of any non-technical roadblocks.
Serve as GitLab manager, maintaining all subsections and overseeing content, including entering, monitoring, and closing issues.
Identify, track, and mitigate/resolve project risks/issues.
Measure, monitor, and report on project performance, including creating and presenting briefs/whitepapers and project schedules to leadership.
Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

Experience as a Scrum Master or IT project manager required (Experience and familiarity with the tasking and processes of NAWCAD's Reliability Control Board and Performance Metrics and Data Analytics Team may be considered in lieu of demonstrated scrum master/project management experience).
Experience creating, coordinating, and/or tracking project schedules and tasking required.
Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

Experience with GitLab highly desired.
Experience working in a DOD software development/data analytics environment desired.
Scrum Master certification preferred.

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Active or interim Secret is preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 10+ years related experience.
