Spalding Consulting, seeking a SCRUM Master in Patuxent River, MD. Position Type: Full- Time

Essential Functions:

Serves as the scrum master for a team of software developers responsible for several web application projects
Gather customer requirements; develop user stories following Agile methodologies
Measure, monitor, and report on project performance and milestones
Research, recommend, and implement software development techniques, best practices, and processes
Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

5 years supervising, leading, managing, or performing in a senior role for IT or software development projects

Desired:

Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner preferred
Experience with Team Foundation Server highly desired

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. Interim secret acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business, or Mathematics preferred.
