- 3 Month Contract (May-August)

- Target Rate: $36/hr W2, no benefits or $40/hr C2C (Must have own company. We DO NOT work with 3rd party recruiters).
- Support a scrum team of about 10-12 people involved in a cloud operations and maintenance project supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
- Following the SAFe agile methodology, guide and coach scrum team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to CMS.
- Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Remove impediments to the Scrum Teams progress.
- Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Help scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as needed.
- Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification a plus
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Previous experience supporting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in a SAFe agile environment.
