    Sacramento based service company is currently seeking a full-time Dispatch Customer Service Representative for a company that specializes in drain and sewer cleaning and plumbing. The majority of customers are calling under emergency related conditions, and as a result there is a high expectation for quick efficient gathering of information and delivery of service. The candidate best suited for this job is an outgoing individual who has excellent listening skills, confident in their verbal communication skills, and can project a calming presence over the phone. The candidate best suited for this job is already experienced in handling a high volume of phones and time management. Experience in dispatching and using Service Titan software is a plus. This individual also thrives under conditions that involve multi-tasking and building and developing strong co-worker and customer relationships. This description is a basic summary, and other duties or requirements may apply.

    1. This job requires heavy phones and wearing headsets.

    2. This job requires familiarity with phone apps.

    3. This job requires a good sense of direction, navigation skills, or do internet searches for addresses and directions.

    4. This job requires critical thinking.

    5. This job requires computer skills including how to start, reboot, trouble shoot printer problems, windows navigation, and the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with Word, Excel, and other Office programs are a plus.

    6. This job requires working individually and as a team, and flexibility for unexpected shift changes.

    7. This job requires detail oriented data entry, assisting other office personnel.

    8. This company is a 7 day a week company, and as such, requires shift flexibility. Shifts may begin or end anytime between 7 AM and 8 PM, including weekends & holidays.

    Wage to be determined based on experience.
