Title:
Customer Service Advocate I

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr. on W2
Location: REMOTE to PST/MST
Duration: 3 months contract with possible extension
Target Start Date (based on successful onboarding completion): 6/24/2024
Shift: Anywhere from 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM PST/MST 40 HRS/week

- Must be able to start between 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM PST/MST and work an 8-hour shift, schedule provided based on department needs. - Some OT may be required but minimal. - No time off requests for the first 90 days.

Day-to-day responsibilities and project description:

- Handling calls for Member Assistance callers with Medicaid needs - Educating members on benefits and available resources - Data Entry - Training period is 2-6 weeks with the camera required to be on throughout.

Performance expectations for the individual and team:

- Assessment based on productivity, efficiency, and call times.

First-day activities:

- Attend IT and job-specific training, meet the team.

Background experience for this role:

- Customer Service, Call Center

Required Skills/Experience/Education:
- 1+ years of RECENT Call Center & Customer Service Experience - Strong Typing Skills of at least 40+ WPM Required; Preferably 60+ WPM - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Multitasking Skills, Bilingual preferred - High School Diploma or GED required.
