Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing, and general support
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in housing construction/ contractor experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly
- Experience with outbound calling is beneficial
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Job Types:
