Our client is a leading provider of construction machinery and equipment in Germany. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager (all genders) to join their team in McClellan Park, CA.

The Customer Service Manager (all genders) will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of technical services for customer service and spare parts sales.

Job Description:

  • Manage and lead the workshop management, spare parts sales staff, and administrative staff (all genders) in service processing and billing
  • Maintain and expand existing customer base and increase customer service and spare parts sales through activities such as customer visits
  • Expand market share in technical service and spare parts sales
  • Ensure smooth organizational processes in all service workshops
  • Organize and implement all usual aftersales measures
  • Conduct market and competition analyses, analyze market potentials
  • Negotiate framework agreements and maintenance contracts with external customers

Your Profile, What We Expect From You:

  • Technical education and commercial additional qualification (master, technician, engineer) or completed studies
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar or same position, preferably in construction machinery/equipment, commercial vehicles, construction companies, or hydraulic service providers
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, responsible, and reliable work style
  • Openmindedness, sociability, and teamwork
  • Empathy and leadership skills
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken, English
