    Description

    Role Overview: Mindsprint is looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about helping customers in their Digital transformation journey and build applications at scale.

    As a Digital Solutions Architect, you will work with Mindsprint Sales, Delivery teammates, and Customers as a trusted technology partner in shaping the technological landscape of Digital and AI solutions. Leveraging your expertise in Cloud, Digital, AI, NLP, you will be front ending architecture design and development of Digital/AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for integration, and drive innovation in our solution offerings.

    Job Requirements

    • Must have 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years as solution architect in Digital/Analytics space
    • Extensive experience in Data & Analytics with a broad understanding on Generative AI and Large Language Models. Proven track record in working with major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS).
    • Proven ability in design and development of an end-to-end Data & Analytics solution with experience in one or more of modern Cloud data architectures - Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure and or Google
    • Broad experience in Digital engineering landscape and strong expertise in Data Engineering, Big Data, Analytics and Visualization tools/techniques having worked in diverse set of client requirements across verticals.
    • Prior experience in onsite/offshore model in similar capacity

    Expectations on the Role:

    • Proven ability to lead and contribute to the design, development and implementation of winning technical solutions/ estimation for customers for the given business problems.
    • Ability to translate the customer requirement/ business problems into a technical solution and choose the right technology stack and cloud features/ components needed for Solutioning.
    • Ability articulate and communicate with a diverse set of internal and external customers with varying degrees of technical proficiency and deliver critical business and process related information to mitigate any risks or failures.
    • Works towards a unified solution and leverages understanding of MindSprint's unique offerings and capabilities in all stakeholder interactions.
    • Possess a broad understanding of response to customer RFIs/ RFPs Analyzing and understanding customer requirements for technical proposal submissions.
    • Deal Qualification – Provides independent perspective on opportunity size, deal profiling, and win probability to sales and delivery leaders.
    • Collaborate with external entities like top consulting firms or design agencies for defining compelling solution architecture.
    • Communicates with senior management team at appropriate junctures during a pursuit and facilitates strategic pursuit decisions to improve win probability.
    • Participates in solution presentation with relevant artifacts such as solution decks, proof of concepts, interactive demos, and show cases the right client references with relevant past case studies to support the proposal. Works along with sales and delivery leaders to plan due diligence where needed and participates in the due diligence.
