The role
The
SOLUTION ARCHITECT role offers a unique opportunity to contribute your talents and experience to a growing team.

Every day will be different, working with colleagues on a diverse range of internal and external projects, proposing thoughtful and appropriate solutions to complex challenges, and working with applicable customers to ensure best practices and solutions are aligned with enterprise guidelines, standards, and validated approaches.


In this role, you will focus the majority of your efforts on mentoring and transferring knowledge to Solution Architects, developing best practices, and driving organizational improvement around customer use cases and processes, scope analysis workshops, and business process optimizations.

You will be relied upon to identify opportunities for team growth and development to build skills and competencies.

  • Demonstrated success in training or mentoring colleagues on technical solutions and customerfacing skills such as presenting, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and consulting
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Technically wellgrounded and have a handson demeanor with strong rootcause analysis and problem solving skills
  • Excel in preparing and delivering technical customer demonstrations and facilitating workshops
  • Proven track record of delivering robust, validated and nonvalidated software documentation and executing on global quality and deployment processes
  • Sets the tone and leads crossfunctional collaborative continuous improvement efforts

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

  • Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • Background in solution consulting or computer science, general knowledge of software programming, development, and deployment practices
