- Contract Length: 3 months (potential for extension or hire)
- Compensation: $19/hour
- Shift: Monday-Friday; Flexible hours (8:00 am - 5:30 pm OR 9:30 am - 6 pm), with one day off between Tues-Thurs and a half-day on Saturday (8 am - 12 pm)
- Register new patients
- Schedule appointments
- Transfer calls efficiently
- Facilitate communication between departments
- Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to work independently
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or call center
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR
- 2-3 years in customer service or medical office roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and reliability are a must
