    **Position Summary:**

    The Front Desk Administrator is the face & voice of Dominium's Corporate Office. This entry-level position is responsible for greeting guests and visitors, managing multi-line phones, managing projects for multiple departments, and other daily tasks.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and promptly, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department

    Sort and distribute all incoming mail to Corporate Office employees according to destination and type

    Process all outgoing FedEx and UPS packages in a timely manner so they are ready for pick up at the end of the day

    Maintain Conference Rooms calendars, approving incoming requests and scheduling as needed

    Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, scanning, mailing assistance, taking notes, and making travel arrangements - other duties as requested

    Maintain inventory of supplies and beverages

    Prepare meeting and training rooms

    Other general office duties as assigned

    **Qualifications:**

    High School education

    Ability to operate multi-line telephone system, office postage machine, fax machine, scanner, photocopy machine, and personal compute

    Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing

    Word processing skills - 35 WPM

    Problem-solving skills for assisting with concerns of incoming callers

    COVID-19 Vaccination Required
