- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for strategic leadership focused search, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling organization
- 3+ years of leadership experience within the talent function
- Ability to lead a globally distributed high performing recruiting team through consistent mentorship
- Ability to lead through influence and uplift the productivity others around you
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders to accomplish a common goal
- Ability to analyze complex situations with sometimes minimal information and arrive at a principled decision.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Talent Acquisition is a strategic function that enables our growth, shapes our culture, and identifies the talent we need. As the Technical Recruiting Lead supporting our engineering teams, you will be leading a high functioning recruitment team that is responsible for building strategies to engage and build relationships with world class talent within the software engineering and machine learning communities. This individual will partner with leadership to create and implement global strategic initiatives in support of the engineering organization.
