At one of our well-known clients in the Rastatt area, this interesting opportunity is available as part of our recruitment services.

You ensure compliance with all legal regulations according to the German Medicines Act in relation to the production of pharmaceuticals
You lead and monitor all production processes to ensure the highest quality standards
Implementation and maintenance of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines in the production department
You develop training programs for production staff regarding GMP and Medicines Act guidelines and implement them
You coordinate with other departments, including planning, quality control, and development, to ensure smooth production processes
You conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify opportunities for improvement
You are responsible for continuously optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and product quality
You ensure the availability and maintenance of production equipment
You work with authorities and inspection teams during audits and inspections

You have a degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in a managerial position in pharmaceutical, medical, or cosmetic production, as well as experience in implementing GMP guidelines
You have the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
