    In your first few months as a Lead Technology Recruiter, you'll be immersed in our training curriculum, apply your industry knowledge, and offer mentorship to those around you, while individually contributing.

    Responsibilities

    As a Lead Recruiter, you'll be an expert in all things staffing and help make hiring easier for our Technology clients. Through conducting phone interviews, managing interview processes, and negotiating offers, you'll help connect highly talented individuals to growing organizations.

    • Establish new candidate relationships over the phone virtually
    • Identify and pipeline new technology candidates, manage information and follow up on a CRM
    • Screen candidates over the phone and send qualified talent to companies
    • Coordinate and manage interview processes through offer negotiation
    • Mentor associate-level recruiters providing recruitment best practices

    Qualifications
