    Our client in North Aurora, IL (on site) is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager to join their team

    Responsibilities:

    • Payroll management and administration of 5 separate payrolls
    • Health and Welfare benefits administration
    • Handle enrollments, COBRA, termination changes, disability claims, distribution, loans & compliance testing.
    • Serves as primary contact for plan vendors and third party administrators
    • Manage one payroll team member

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years hands on experience processing payroll
    • 3+ years experience handling benefits administration
    • Proficient with MS Office and payroll software
