As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Senior Benefits Manager to join our dynamic team.
This position offers the opportunity to shape and lead our comprehensive benefits strategy, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our diverse workforce.
As the Senior Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our employee benefits programs. Your role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing competitive benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.You will collaborate closely with HR leadership, finance teams, and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of benefits programs while staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic benefits roadmap aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee benefits.
Manage relationships with benefit plan vendors, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Analyze benefits data and metrics to make informed decisions, improve programs, and enhance employee satisfaction.
Lead open enrollment processes, including communication strategies, enrollment platforms, and employee education.
Serve as the subject matter expert on all benefits-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and HR colleagues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver engaging wellness initiatives and employee perks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Deep knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience managing multiple benefit plans simultaneously, including healthcare, retirement, and voluntary programs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and metrics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of developing and mentoring team members.
