Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring their smooth and efficient use of technology. Your strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the overall success of our IT department.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely technical support and assistance to employees via various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and remote tools.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions in various systems.
Assist with network connectivity and resolve network-related problems.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or external vendors when necessary.
