Seeking a US Military Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist and/or Military Spouse to work for our client as an IT Support Specialist I, on site at Reston Town Center.


This is a 4 month contract position (W2 ONLY) that will require being on site Monday-Friday from 9AM to 5PM.



Duties are as follows:


  • Call specific set of endusers to assist with remote laptop setup
  • Answer questions about the product (laptop)
  • Support onsite computer inventory levels
  • Review inventory counts and balance accuracy. Ensure that all inventory is properly accounted for
  • Assist with packing, shipping of product
  • Manage computer inventory with the use of inventory management tools (ex. ServiceNow)
  • Assist with imaging of computer inventory, ensure inventory is stored properly and available for customer distribution

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Must display excellent written, verbal communications
  • Use phone etiquette best practices
  • Quick on the feet, multitask manage workload at a high rate of speed
  • Detailoriented
  • Ensure Accuracy
  • Willing to learn
  • Must be a selfstarter, able to work independently
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 1050 lbs.

Education/Experience:


  • High school diploma
  • Exposure and comfortable with PCs.
  • Helpdesk experience a plus.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
