Provides dedicated support to customers in assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal revenue. May lead the work of Key Account Specialists as assigned.


Job Description:


  • Ability to organize and lead the work of others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and a variety of people at all levels inside and outside Bloomberg Industry Group.
  • Excellent oral communication skills (including diction and grammar) and active listening skills, as necessary to communicate and advise others on issues that are complex and/or sensitive in nature.
  • Excellent business writing skills including knowledge of business English, vocabulary, punctuation, grammar, and spelling, including the ability to present information that requires origination, organization, exposition, judgment, and/or persuasion.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform advanced research that involves interpretation and analysis from a variety of sources, including sources and/or data that need to be developed.
  • Demonstrated ability to use PCbased word processing, spreadsheet, and database software and online technology effectively.

Education:


Experience:


  • A minimum of three years experience working with Bloomberg Industry Group products, pricing, business requirements, policies, procedures, and/or systems in a consultative customer support role, including at least one year as Key Account Specialist (or equivalent experience managing assigned accounts) is required.
  • Experience using PCbased word processing, spreadsheet, and database software is required.
