- Provides support to project managers (PM's) in the development, production and conveyance of project financial data and reporting
- Provides guidance to the PM's in preparation of project set ups
- Review variance reports for profits optimization and make adjustments prior to month end closing.
- Reviews pre-bills and makes adjustments in financial system
- Prepares final invoices and balances in financial system
- Track and submit reports to comply with Prevailing Wage requirements
- Submit Certified Payroll Reports in LCP Tracker
- Assists with Project Controls or accounting support in one Branch office (possibly including satelite(s))
- Other accounting or administrative duties as needed
- Coordinate logistics for staff traveling for projects
- High school diploma
- 3 – 4 years of experience working in an accounting setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, must possess a professional manner and customer service mindset
- Ability to work well independently and with a professional team in a fast-paced, team oriented work environment
- Detail oriented and resourceful, with the ability and aptitude to learn new programs and skills quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Office
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Experience with Prevailing Wage and LCP Tracker compliance
- BST experience
- Working knowledge and understanding of project accounting principles
- Experience in working with and providing support to diverse groups in all levels of management
- Solid time management and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and confident with strong initiative
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with ability and desire to build trusting, long-term relationships
