About ConsumerDirect:
Position Overview:
Job Requirements:
- Coordinate Partner onboarding processes.
- Creating unique weblinks for each new partner onboard.
- Schedule initial virtual training call and prepare all materials for training sessions.
- Provide tech 1 support for all existing partners over the phone or virtually.
- Cultivate Partner relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
- Generate and send reports as requested by partners.
Qualifications:
- Tech savvy able to give over the phone tech support (Level 1)
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or account management
- Able to problem solve with little to no direction using critical thinking skills
- Proficient management of using an internal CRM
- Fluent using Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, Slack and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team
- Flexible to jump from project to project, keeping tabs of most duties
- Business travel as needed, potentially 12 times per year
