Position Overview:


Job Requirements:


  • Coordinate Partner onboarding processes.
  • Creating unique weblinks for each new partner onboard.
  • Schedule initial virtual training call and prepare all materials for training sessions.
  • Provide tech 1 support for all existing partners over the phone or virtually.
  • Cultivate Partner relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Generate and send reports as requested by partners.

Qualifications:


  • Tech savvy able to give over the phone tech support (Level 1)
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or account management
  • Able to problem solve with little to no direction using critical thinking skills
  • Proficient management of using an internal CRM
  • Fluent using Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, Slack and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team
  • Flexible to jump from project to project, keeping tabs of most duties
  • Business travel as needed, potentially 12 times per year
