    Description

    PROJECT WATER RESOURCES ENGINEER

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Lead or oversee water planning and design projects, including construction engineering services for water systems.
    • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and architecture departments.
    • Construction Documentation: Prepare construction drawings and specifications.
    • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and coordination of project activities.
    • Project Delivery: Ensure all project requirements are met on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
    • Team Leadership: Manage production schedules, quality control, standardize processes, and supervise staff.
    • Technology and Financial Management: Implement new technologies, manage finances, prepare cost proposals, and oversee budgets.
    • Compliance Experience: Have experience with Chemical Bulk Storage (CBS) and Petroleum Bulk Storage (PBS) regulations and practices.

    Education and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in water resources or consulting.
    • Strong client relationship management and technical writing skills.
    • Proven ability to mentor and supervise staff.
    • Experience in wastewater project design and construction is a plus.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desired.
