    Description
    We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to add to our growing Water Resources Team in Santa Ana, CA.

    We are looking for a candidate with a background in water quality, stream restoration and wetland design, stormwater management, H&H modeling and CD production.


    Responsibilities:
    Design work for stormwater management, BMPs, open channels, culverts, erosion and sediment control, and low impact development.
    Perform H&H and water quality analysis and modeling using a variety of software.
    Perform technical calculations and make recommendations on erosion, drainage, flooding, etc.
    Conduct watershed and water quality assessments.

    Prepare specifications and construction cost estimates in support of civil and stormwater projects or watershed studies, stormwater masterplans, flood studies, capital improvement projects, etc.

    Participate in field work, site visits, and data collection as needed.
    Prepare permit applications and obtain permit approvals from local and state agencies.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
    2+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably water resources engineering.
    EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
    Experience using hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, etc. required.
    Experience using Civil 3D, Microstation, OpenRoads, and/or ArcGIS preferred.
