    Job DescriptionBasic work:
    Assisting the Dispatch Manager in scheduling jobs from emails and phone calls with clients and vendorsDeveloping job cost estimates that will be submitted to clients after having conversed with them to understand the dates involved, their needs, and the scope of the work to be doneAssisting the Dispatch Manager in providing troubleshooting support to Crews on their routesInvolves:Answering the phonesaddressing issues directly or transferring calls to other departmentsReading emails responding to the clients verbally relaying information in the email to the dispatch team transferring the information into work orders for the dispatch team or into instructions for our Warehouse personnelMaking phone calls to clients and vendorsto confirm appointment times, update arrival times, clarify information, or to ask about the client's calendar for up going jobs (a form of business development)

    Problem-solve (via email, phone calls, or in-person) for issues that might involve other departments like Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and AccountingBeing responsive to requests of other dispatch team members for her/his support/assistanceRequirements:
    Good written and verbal communication skills that contribute to having good customer service skillsExcel and/or Google Docs skillsBilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but English-only is acceptable
