Responsibilities:
- Lead a group of 58 workers to catch up with deadlines, be able to give clear instructions and prioritize tasks.
- Supervising and leading the outbound team to ship out air cargo same day as received or the next day the latest.
- Planning
- Coordinate with Class A dispatch to arrange transload, including pick up time and equipment.
- Coordinate with Class C dispatch to arrange unloading and local deliveries.
- Preparing BOL and packing list for transload (to Chino), reload (to UPS). BOL must include pallet count, AWB#, Seal # and signature, date, and time.
- Provide pictures, IDs, and POD for all outbound shipments.
- Provide daily outbound report, pick up list and transload packing, send pictures to the corresponding teams.
- Proper hand over with the next shift.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs by hand.
- Moving boxes, repalletizing and wrapping pallet.
- Keep the forklift in good shape.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures and practices.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy items and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and recording inventory.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and adhere to warehouse policies.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime if required.
- Heavy lifting daily, load trailer by hand
- Forklift certified, sit down.
- Familiar with package receiving
- Be able to lead a small team in catching up deadlines
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a Plus
- CFS experience preferred
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

From $25.00 per hour
