Description

L&W Supply is a leading specialty distributor of drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials used by commercial and residential contractors.

L&W Supply delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.

L&W Supply is looking for a success-driven Dispatch Coordinator to assist with customer product orders, scheduling deliveries and preparing delivery routes.

Specific duties may include:

Coordinating deliveries with sales team and customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfactionWorking closely with warehouse personnel to ensure on-time deliveryManaging delivery equipment to ensure safe operations and compliance with all DOT and OSHA regulationsMaking sure that trucks fall within standard weight limits for each vehicleAssessing job site delivery requirements and assigning appropriate delivery vehiclesResolving vehicle safety issuesKeeping customers informed of delivery statusSpecific qualifications include:Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in stressful situationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneouslyPrevious dispatch experience is strongly preferredPositive attitude and team playerBenefits may include:Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vestedEmployer paid employee assistance programEmployer paid short term and long term disabilityEmployer paid life insuranceFlex spendingPaid vacationPaid sick daysPaid holidaysPay Rate Information$2- 28/hr.
