- Creates and tracks purchase orders within the Fleet Maintenance program.
- Order, input, and put away Inventory parts.
- Maintain parts inventory by cycle counts.
- Assist mechanics in ordering the correct parts for repairs.
- Work with mechanics to ensure all work orders are completed properly.
- Assist with mechanics and Fleet manager on road calls.
- Track weekly fuel gallons for Delnum.
- Manage monthly Fuel & Mileage Report – An important part of this position
- Sorts and files department paperwork.
- Attends department staff meetings, training, etc. as needed.
