    About Us:

    Our Client is an AI Company revolutionizing the Database landscape through utilizing the power of Vector Databases. After a significant recent funding raise, they're racing towards their Unicorn Status.

    What You Will Do:

    1. Building and Leading Sales Functions: You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales operations, including direct sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
    2. Team Leadership: You'll build and mentor a high-performing team of sales development representatives and account executives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    3. Collaboration with Marketing and Executive Teams: Partnering closely with our marketing and executive teams, you'll develop and execute strategies to capture qualified leads, maximize conversion rates, and drive overall business success.
    4. Strategic Planning: You'll actively participate in the quarterly and annual planning processes, aligning sales objectives with company goals and objectives (OKRs), and driving initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • 10+ Years of B2B Sales Management Experience: You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales management, preferably within the technology industry. Your extensive experience equips you with the insights and skills needed to lead our sales team effectively.
    • Comprehensive Understanding of Modern Data Stack and AI: A strong understanding of the modern data stack, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is essential for this role. Your expertise in these areas will enable you to articulate our value proposition effectively and drive sales in a competitive market landscape.
    • Demonstrable Record of Vertical Strategies: You have a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective vertical strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration. Your strategic approach and tactical execution have consistently yielded positive results.
    • Senior and Executive Relationship Management: You possess exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly at the senior and executive levels. Your ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders will be critical in expanding our business and securing strategic partnerships.
    • Cloud and Database Background: A background in cloud computing and database technologies is highly desirable, given the nature of our client's industry and product offerings.
    • Run Whole Sales Org: Must have experience overseeing all aspects of a sales organization, either at a national or global level, including various departments within the sales function.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary of $200,000-$250,000
    • 2x OTE (On-Target Earnings), with uncapped earning potential.
