    Description
    Job Title: Training Coordinator (Ethics & Compliance)

    Location: New York, NY (Remote)

    Duration: 6 Months

    Contract Type: W2 only

    Pay Rate Range: $32-$38/Hour

    Job Description:
    • Provide support to the Ethics & Compliance team with management of a training initiative.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Monitoring and tracking completion rates, communicating with and following up with training enrollees & management, maintaining and generating reports, collaborating with business partners (e.g. Legal, People, etc.) as needed, etc., all as a part of the collective goal to ensure that the assigned training is completed.
    • In addition, responsibilities will include managing the team's dedicated training mailbox to respond to questions, inquiries, etc. related to the training, as well as using the mailbox as the platform to compose, deliver and facilitate communications as needed with regard to the training.
    • In addition, responsibilities will include managing migration of the training (e.g. switching the platform that hosts the training course) for next year's training cycle.
    Required Skills
    • Experience and proficiency with MS Office and G Suite are strongly preferred, as is prior experience working in ethics and compliance and the Cornerstone learning portal.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Data analytics experience, the ability to prioritize matters and solve problems are all a plus.
