    Job Description:

    About the role

    We are seeking an experienced Director of Infrastructure Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in a dynamic setting. They will define and lead transformational projects that improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and strategic position of our SaaS products in partnership with our engineering and product teams and partner functions. The Director of Infrastructure Operations will work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that will help us deliver and maintain our products more efficiently.

    • Location: Can be Remote, US Based
    • Salary Range: $ K (range based on years of experience)
    What you'll do
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all customer-facing platforms, including cloud services and data centers, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance and reliability.
    • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and collaborate closely with various departments to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a can-do attitude and a culture of accountability and excellence.
    • Implement and optimize SRE and support practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the security and integrity of customer data.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, always putting the customer's interest first.
    • Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
    • Drive incident management processes and post-mortem analyses to ensure quick resolution and continuous learning.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
    • Contribute to the strategic planning and budgeting processes, aligning operational priorities with financial resources. Manage operational responsibility of all customer facing platforms, cloud and data center.
    • Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of our engineering systems to ensure smooth progress.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the role
    • Bachelor's Degree in STEM
    • Proven experience as Director of Operations in an engineering environment
    • Experience managing Data Center operations
    • Knowledge of SRE and support practices
    • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
    • Outstanding communication and people skills
    • Experience in delivering and scaling B2B SaaS products
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
    • Collaborative team spirit
    Preferred Skills and Qualifications
    • Experience in the software industry
    • Technical background or degree in computer science or equivalent
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
    • Ability to wear many hats and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
