    Description

    Location: Hybrid - 1 day in NYC office/staff meetings (Tues or Weds), 4 days remotely monitoring all business hours

    Hours: 15 hours per week

    Responsibilities:

    · Take ownership of all internal and external tech-related tasks

    · Run security monitoring of 8 desktops (2 virtual)

    · Monitor website for WordPress updates and perform website updates as needed (profiles, pictures, content)

    · Manage a combined online training platform, ensuring it functions smoothly and efficiently

    · Onboard new team members by guiding them through the tech setup process and providing necessary training

    · Make small edits on website/platform as required

    · Work with programmers or contracting agencies for large site changes

    · Conduct testing and engage the team in testing initiatives

    · Take ownership of resolving any tech-related issues that arise

    · Coordinate quarterly trainings, manage the training portal, and facilitate email communications regarding site access

    · Manage the procurement of new equipment/computers for the office

    · Familiarity with technology such as Office 365 and Smart Sheet

    Qualifications:

    · Proven experience in IT or tech-related roles

    · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

    · Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    · Proficiency in Office 365 and other relevant software/tools

    · Prior experience with website management, WordPress, and online training platforms is mandatory

    · Ability to work independently and remotely while still maintaining high productivity
