As the
HRIS Technology Lead in the HR function, your primary focus is to play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our foundational HR information system (HRIS), Success Factors Employee Central.
This role involves overseeing the implementation of enhancements and maintenance of this foundational system, with a strong emphasis on creating an exceptional colleague experience.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*- Leadership: Lead the HR Technology team dedicated to SuccessFactors and colleague technology, driving the enhancement and maintenance of our foundational HR technology systems.
This includes spearheading improvements in thisfoundational HR system to eliminate manual steps, redundant approvals, and unnecessary workflows
- Integration and Automation: Collaborate with Business Tech and vendors to ensure
- Colleague Experience: Design and implement strategies to enhance the colleague
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and usability for colleagues. Utilize HR analytics to derive insights and make datadriven recommendations for process improvements
- Business Process Improvement: Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders, with a keyfocus on enabling stronger HR
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees and HR
- Support and
Data Integrity:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users to address system-related inquiries. Oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Implement data
governance practices to maintain data quality and compliance
- Technology Advancements: Stay informed about advancements in HR technology and propose system enhancements or upgrades to meet evolving organizational needs. Lead the implementation of such system upgrades and/or new features
- Project Management: Manage projects related to HR technology implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate system performance and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to enhance HRIS functionalities, streamline processes, and improve the overall user experience
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and relay requirements to Product Owners and ensure the successful implementation of related solutions
- Travel: Occasionally, travel maybe required, both domestic and international
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Over 3 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a specialization in core Human Resources Management solutions. Your focus is on execution and driving results rather than developing highlevel strategies
- Track record of effectively overseeing the implementation and optimization of
- Dedicated to creating a positive colleague experience through userfriendly and efficient technology solutions, with a particular focus on HR digitalization
- Possess strong project management skills, allowing you to lead technology projects from planning through successful execution
- Capable of assessing technology issues, identifying solutions, and executing actions that drive continuous improvement
- Deliver change programs and initiatives that maximize user adoption, particularly in the context of HR digitalization
