You will be working at the forefront of innovation, delivering cutting-edge solutions to meet the demands of clients and partners across UAV, advanced systems for space, defence and robotics. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Project Manager.
You will work on End-to-End Project Management: managing projects from product concept through design, development, testing (qualification), and into production. Your ability to oversee every stage of the process will ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
The Projects will see you firmly embedded in managing government contracts and navigating the intricacies of requirement flowdowns. Your experience in this realm ensures compliance and success in meeting contractual obligations through out technical engineering projects.
You will be working on New Product Introduction: Your expertise will extend to driving NPI initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering teams to bring innovative ideas to life. From design inception to final product launch, you will excel in guiding projects to fruition.
This is a Strategic position that will need skills in planning and execution: Your knack for schedule creation and ownership, adeptly managing budgets, forecasting, and maintaining control will be vital to the success of projects. You will need to be proficient in risk management and scope control to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
