The perfect candidate will showcase expertise in planning, organizing, and carrying out projects while strictly following established budgets, timelines, and scopes. In addition, they will stand out in overseeing project advancement and providing thorough updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and team members.

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety and quality programs on the project site.
Maintain tight control over the budget and project schedule to ensure sustained profitability.
Create and manage detailed project schedules, pinpointing critical milestones and potential risks, and implementing necessary risk reduction measures.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth coordination and implementation of project plans.
Qualifications
At least seven (7) years of applicable experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager.
Experience overseeing at least one K-12 ground-up project from inception to completion.
A bachelor's degree, preferably in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication skills to inspire your team, assign tasks, and confidently present proposals to clients.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced setting. Handling multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail is vital.
