- Coordinate and carry out project initiatives as instructed by a Senior Project Manager or Division Manager.
- Supervise and oversee project tasks, assign duties to Assistant Project Managers, strategize, organize, tackle challenges, and adhere to company/project guidelines and standards.
- Provide project management expertise to kick off client interaction, assess project scope, schedules, and resource needs for successful project completion.
- Create detailed project estimates, reviewing plans, specs, and bid documents.
- Establish project goals, policies, processes, and performance standards within company guidelines.
- Manage the preparation of all project change orders. Handle all project change orders through negotiation.
- Monitor construction progress with onsite team to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
- Handle critical issues promptly following company protocols and implement corrective actions within company policies and supervision.
- Assist in preparing and negotiating change quotes for client review.
- Produce monthly cost reports under senior supervision.
- Supervise contract finances to protect company interests and nurture positive client rapport.
- Review Assistant Project Managers' documentation prior to submission.
- Act as the company's representative in project meetings with senior guidance.
- Proficiency in computer operation, especially Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with Accubid and Oracle is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management position(can include training, education, and relevant work experience)
- Demonstrate professionalism in behavior and appearance.
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, adjusting priorities as necessary.
- Work well under pressure and embrace changes positively.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional and efficient interaction with individuals at all levels, including management, colleagues, suppliers, clients, and others.
