Key Responsibilities:
- **Advanced Project Management:**
Lead and execute IT projects related to the factory's construction, demonstrating strong project management skills. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- **Expertise in Manufacturing Systems:**
Demonstrate extensive experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This includes overseeing the IT infrastructure and direct involvement in the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of these systems.
- **Team Leadership:**
Manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
- **Vendor and Contractor Collaboration:**
Engage with vendors and contractors for the procurement of IT equipment and services, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- **Risk Management and Compliance:**
Proactively manage risks associated with IT operations in a manufacturing setting and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- **Exceptional Communication:**
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and senior management, demonstrating excellent English communication skills.
- **Global Experience:**
Leverage any prior experience working in the United States or internationally to understand and navigate diverse working environments effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management within the manufacturing industry.
Direct experience with MES, QMS, and WMS systems.
Proven project management skills, with certifications like PMP or ITIL being highly desirable.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working in the United States or internationally is highly valued.
Strong leadership abilities and a track record of managing successful IT teams.
