About the role

This role is for a virtual dedicated Project Manager to support our client's Global Security Systems Administration team, to be based in the United States, and will report directly to the client's Physical Security Systems Manager for work assignments, direct management, as well as support. However, the individual will be a direct employee of QCIC.

What you will do

Assist with the programming, testing, and commissioning of the physical security systems, including access control, video management, and intrusion detection systems as needed
Work directly with Project Managers to ensure that the sites are tested and commissioned to meet required First Day of Business (FDOB) dates
Interact with a ticketing system to track security systems issues from report to resolution
Coordinate with the client's Corporate Network, the client's corporate IT and other relevant teams to drive resolution to assigned tickets
Coordinate with security integrators to resolve hardware failures and ensure that all testing and validation is completed before integrator departure
Ability to multitask while balancing shifting priorities
Special projects and duties as assigned by the client's technology managers
Capable of reading and writing in English
Evaluates physical security controls to provide guidance on site security posture in comparison to Global Security standards and make recommendations for security technology improvement
Functioning project management oversight and liaison between site focal points and integrators
Supports initial project scoping for real estate and facilities-led decision points
Security technology application administration and troubleshooting
Conducts site project assessments and analysis for standard compliance by site, and integrator installation standards
Evaluate use cases for security technology solutions for end customers, working with integrators to define and recommend NIST / DFARS-compliant solutions
Works closely with the Global Security Change Control Board (CCB)
NIST / DFARS compliance concerning security technology applications and end-of-line devices
NIST / DFARS Risk Management Framework System Security Plan (SSP) management
May oversee contracted integrator personnel for professional services

What we are looking for

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and interact across a matrix environment of function and business unit leadership
Experience in physical security applications such as access control, camera surveillance, intrusion detection, and visitor management
Experience in security technology, including access control, intrusion detection, and camera surveillance systems including functionality
Experience in project management in one of the functional areas of physical security, facilities, digital technologies, etc.

NB: The successful candidate will be required to pass our security screening procedures and those required by our client(s).
