- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis for WC and Liability to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
- Design and revise risk management policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of our risk framework.
- Prepare detailed reports on risk exposure, risk handling, and remedial actions for senior management and relevant committees.
- Develop and present executive-level reports focused on loss reduction and prevention.
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Management within the insurance industry, specifically with Workers' Compensation and Commercial Liability.
- Proven expertise in creating and managing risk management programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
- $90,000 to $110,000 annual base salary (Depending on experience)
