Appointment Center Representative
Fogarty's Home Services is a family-owned business that is part of a nationwide network of contractors that sets higher standards in the industry.
We are seeking an Appointment Center Representative to join our team.
We strive to be the contractor of choice by consistently demonstrating integrity while providing the highest quality of service to our customers, community, and each other.
Job Duties:
- Performing all assigned duties in a professional, efficient and timely manner
- Working collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company
- Responding to leads and scheduling appointments for our Home Comfort Specialist according to company guidelines
- Pulling and/or preparing supporting documents for Home Comfort Specialist appointments
- Preparing mailings
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other staff members
- Excellent organizational skills to keep accurate records and find vital information quickly
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete assigned tasked throughout the day
- Excellent patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with all customers
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Adaptability
- High Proficiency in Google Business Suite and Salesforce, preferred
Job Type:
Full Time/Part-time
Hours: 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Salary:
$ $18.00
