Your Responsibilities

  • Independent project responsibility in close cooperation with management
  • Client representation and project management
  • Selection and coordination of architects, specialist planners, and construction companies, including contract creation
  • Development of building law requirements and coordination with authorities
  • Ensuring compliance with planned costs, project deadlines, and required quality standards
  • Facilitating communication between project team members and leading the project team as client representative

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering and several years of professional experience in managing complex construction projects, or equivalent qualifications gained through professional experience
  • Confident demeanor, structured, time- and cost-oriented approach
  • Proficient in modern computer skills (MS Office)
  • Self-responsibility, independence, teamwork, commitment; in short: the desire and willingness to take on responsibility
